November 1-2 – Little Miss and Mister Illinois Hawaiian Tropic Pageant in Decatur, Illinois. Catherine with fellow queens and friends, Sara Hayes, Ms. Plus American Elegance 2004 and Stephanie Sylvester, Ms. Texas American Elegance 2003, will judge this pageant.
October 17 - 19, 2003 – Ms. American Elegance Pageant, Rosemont, Illinois. Catherine will compete for the title of Ms. American Elegance for the second year in a row.
October 16, 2003 – SOFA CHICAGO- Catherine will volunteer working at the registration booth for the SOFA Chicago Opening Night Benefit. Proceeds from this event benefit the Arts Committee of Northwestern Memorial Hospital.
October 11, 2003 – God’s Princess Ministry in Alsip, Illinois. Catherine with ten other pageant titleholders will join Dawn Frison, Ms. Plus American Elegance in her 1st Annual God’s Princess Ministry Coronation and Celebration.
October 4, 3003 – Komen Chicago Race for the Cure, Chicago, Illinois. Catherine and her mother will volunteer for the race at the goodie bag distribution booth.
September 20, 2003 - Walter and Connie Payton 1st Annual Forest Grove 5k Family Fitness Race. Catherine with family and friends, including, Dawn Frison, Ms. Plus American Elegance 2003 and Shilone Cornelius, Ms. Indiana American Elegance Woman, will volunteer at this event.
September 7, 2003 - Lupus Foundation of Illinois Life Without Lupus Race. Catherine and her husband will volunteer at the race.
August 27, 2003 - Walter and Connie Payton Foundation Back to School Event. Catherine and friend, Charles Cain will volunteer stuffing backpacks with schools supplies.
August 23, 2003 - Englewood Back to School Parade - Catherine will participate in the parade.
August 20, 2003 - Lupus Foundation of Illinois Bloomingdale Shopping event. Catherine and her Mother will volunteer working in the home furniture department.

July 24 - August 2, 2003 - Los Angeles and Las Vegas. Catherine went out of town promoting her title and getting the word out about the American Elegance pageant.
July 13, 2003 - Church Picnic - Catherine and Dawn Frison Ms. Plus American Elegance 2003 will attend the yearly picnic at Catherine's church.
July 7,2003 - Chicago Baseball Charities Golf Outing. Catherine volunteered atthe regitration booth, working out on the greens and at the golf auction table.
June 27, 2003 - Summer Lovin' Summer Sizzler event. Catherine will volunteer helping with this event which will benefit the Bone Marrow Transplant Program of Northwestern Memorial Hospital.
June 22, 2003 - The Ms. Illinois American United States Pageant in Orland Park, IL. Catherine will compete for the highly sought after title of Ms. IL American United States.
June 7,2003 - Friends of Prentice Gala - Catherine will volunteer as the Volunteer Coordinator at this very exciting event which will benefit the Ovarian Cancer Early Detection Program at Northwestern Memorial Hospital.
May 27, 2003 - Streeterville Society Luncheon in Chicago, IL from 8:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.. Catherine will volunteer at the registration booth and will hand out goodie bags for this event.
June 1, 2003 - Catherine and friend and national queen, Dawn Frison will attend the Mrs., Ms. and Miss Teen Illinois International pageant.
May 11, 2003 - The Y-Me Race Against Breast Cancer in Grant Park, IL. Catherine will volunteer working at the refreshment booth.
May 3, 2003 - The 6th Annual Long Grove, IL Chocolate Fest for the Walter and Connie Payton Foundation. Catherine with friend Charles Cain and friend and national title holder, Dawn Frison will volunteer selling raffle tickets to benefit the Walter & Connie Payton Foundation
April 27 - May 3, 2003 - National Volunteer Week in the United States. Catherine will celebrate National Volunteer Week by getting the word out about the importance of volunteering. For 5 days of this week, she will share volunteer tips, poems quotes and friendly volunteer contests. October 18-20, 2002 -The Ms. American Elegance Pageant in Rosemont, IL. Catherine, along withthe other 13 Miss contestants, the Ms., the Ms. Woman, and the Ms. Plus contestants will vy for highly sought after national titles.
October 5, 2002 - Life Without Lupus Race in Grant Park, IL. Catherine will volunteer at the events refreshment table handing out refreshment to runners and walkers after the race.
September 29, 2002 - The Chicago AIDS Race in Grant Park, IL. Catherine volunteered at the registration booth registering walkers for the event.
August 16, 2002 - Back to School Night at Faith UMC. Catherine and other members of Faith Curch will distrubute school supplies to youth members. There will be games and refreshments too.
May 5, 2002 -Miss Illinios American United States Pageant in Tinley Park, IL. Catherine along with other Mrs. Illinois International contestants made an appearance at the Miss IL AUS Pageant to cheer on fellow contestants as they compete.
April 12-13, 2002 - The Mrs. Illinois International Pageant in Schuamburg, IL. Catherine along with the other 24 Mrs. contestants and the Ms. and Miss Teen contestants will will vy for much sought after titles. All of the proceeds from the Mrs. Illinois International pageant will benifit the One Step at a Time Camp.
April 5, 2002 - Larabida's Children Hospital in Chicago, IL. Catherine volunteered in the hospital's out patient unit reading to the children.
March 9, 2002- St. Patrick's Day Parade in St Charles, IL. Catherine, along with the other Mrs. Illinois International contestants, will be a part of the parade.
Jan 13, 2002- Trunk Show at Robin Elliot in Morton Grove, IL from 12 to 2 pm. Catherine, with the other Mrs. Illinois International contestants, will attend a private trunck show.

December 1, 2001- The Walter and Connie Payton Foundation in Yorkville, IL from 11:00 am to 2 pm. Catherine will volunteer sorting and wrapping gifts for children in the DCFS system
November 25, 2001- Mrs. Illinois International Pageant Gift Wrap Event at Gurnee Mills Mall from 10 am to 8 pm. Catherine, with the other Mrs. Illinois International contestants, will wrap gifts for the holiday season. All proceeds from this event will benefit the One Step At A Time Camp.
November 10, 2001- The Walter and Connie Payton Foundation in Yorkville, IL from 12 to 2 pm. Catherine, with her husband, Kendall and her mother, will volunteer sorting and wrapping gifts for children.

October 14, 2001- The First Annual Lupus Walk in Grant Park, IL from 9 am to 11 am. Catherine and her husband will walk in the 5k race.
October 13, 2001- Lupus Walk Pre-registration in downtown Chicago, IL. Catherine will volunteer pre-registering individuals and groups at Jewels for the October 14th Lupus race.
October 12, 2001- Mrs Illinois International Pageant Basket Raffle Event in Waukegan, IL from 6 to 9 pm. Catherine and the other Mrs. Illinois International contestants will donate baskets to raffle and sale raffle tickets at this event. Proceeds from this event benefit the One Step A Time Camp.
September 9, 2001- Mrs. Illinois International Pageant Car Wash In Waukegan, IL from 11 am to 2 pm. Catherine and the other Mrs. ILlinois International contestants will wash cars for charity. The proceeds benefit the One Step At A Time Camp.
